At Elgin Baseball & Softball Association (EBSA), our mission is simple: every child deserves the opportunity to play. Financial hardship should never keep a player off the field.

To support families in need, EBSA offers confidential scholarship assistance to help cover registration fees for eligible players. Our goal is to ensure all children who want to participate can do so regardless of financial circumstances.

How the Scholarship Program Works

• Scholarships are available for families experiencing financial hardship.
• Applications are reviewed privately and confidentially by the EBSA Board.
• Partial or full assistance may be provided based on need and available funding.
• Families may qualify for payment plans or opportunities to contribute service hours as part of their assistance.
